We apologize if any of your orders do not arrive in pristine shape. We have tested and tried shipping our products all over the East Coast to ensure that your orders will arrive as intended. We also use trusted carriers to deliver our precious chocolate to you.

If your order has not arrived to the address you have provided please contact us via email. We are happy to address your concerns.

Please note we do not offer money-back refunds or returns nor do we pay for return shipping. We will investigate if you report a mishap with your delivery order. So please report any issues within 24 hours of receipt.

Chocolate is susceptible to appearance changes due to outside climate fluctuations. We suggest you pick up your order if possible to ensure you receive your items in the best possible condition.

We ship our chocolate in cooler bags and package them with the upmost care. Your chocolate is labeled as fragile so our carriers will be careful when transporting your orders.

Please ensure the address you submit is correct, we are not responsible for orders sent to the correct input address at checkout which may not be the address you intended to enter. So please double check orders before submitting them online.
